Life Skills and Citizenship

Our Life Skills and Citizenship programme gives learners the skills and confidence needed to be as independent as possible. You may want to learn how to get to grips with environmental controls, or gain some new domestic skills. You may be interested in understanding more about the wider community and different cultures, or are searching for information about which benefits you’re entitled to. Whichever it is, you’ll be given the opportunity to develop your communication, literacy, numeracy and IT skills and practice them in a wide variety of settings. Whether that’s handling money at a local cinema or talking to customers at a sports club, this programme will enable you to get the most out of life after college.
